Welcome to ElizaDuncan.com

Eliza Duncan is a licensed clinical social worker in independent clinical practice in Houston, Texas, who specializes in helping her clients understand and recover from addiction and overcome depression and anxiety. As a therapist, Eliza is known for her honesty and frankness, both of which she finds essential to effective therapy when combating substance abuse.

Eliza works closely with teens and adults to help heal the wounds caused by chemical dependency. Together, they work to develop the foundation of healthy drug and alcohol-free living that is the basis of substance abuse relapse prevention.

When working with adult women, Eliza is a midwife in the transition process; i.e. divorce, job change, empty nest and other life changes leading to greater maturity, functionality and self actualization.

Eliza is also an expert speaker on the subject of Overcoming and Understanding Addiction. She has been featured on PBS’ Living Smart with Patricia Gras. Eliza is available for speaking engagements. To check availability, please contact Eliza.
